Shikhar Dhawan has become one of the most unavoidable players in the ODI squad. His numbers in the last two years have been amazing as he has maintained an average of above 55 in the last two years. He was the highest run-getter of the Indian ODI side in the recently concluded South Africa series and is expected to open the innings with Rohit Sharma.

This series against West Indies is the best chance for this veteran player to hit his long-awaited century. As we all know, Kohli has not hit a century in the last two years and is longed by the whole cricketing fraternity and the fans to see him doing so.

Kohli’s last ODI century came against the West Indian side and has hit his maximum ODI centuries (nine) against the same team. He has also been relieved from the burden of captaincy and he won’t get a better chance to score his 43rd ODI century. On facing the maroons on 39 occasions, he has scored 2235 runs with an average of 72.09.
