This week also saw one team confirm their place in the top 4 and they are none other than the <strong>Sunrisers Hyderabad</strong>. They extended their winning streak to 6 this season and looking well on course for their second IPL title. Led by the ever-outstanding Kane Williamson, they have been inexplicably brilliant this season.

Whilst there were some heartening moments on one side, there was some agony on the other. Delhi Daredevils are virtually out of the tournament whilst the likes of RCB are literally hanging on the peripheral side of the edge. Some big players failed to impress the fans last week and that had a huge impact on their title chances.

Here are the five big players who failed to help their side in a good way.

Many might be surprised looking at this name on the list, that too right at the top. But in the two games RCB played in the last week, AB de Villiers has failed to work his magic. He registered single-digit scores in two important games against the Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Chennai Super Kings. RCB&#8217;s fate is no more in their hands as far as their qualification scenario is concerned after these two losses.

The manner of his dismissals was also very disappointing for the fans to witness. Coming as a replacement for the on-song Ankit Rajpoot, Mohit Sharma had big shoes to fill in the tie against the Rajasthan Royals. He bowled some good overs in the death in the first few games but has been very expensive. Same was the case with him in the previous game, which might lead to him getting expelled once again.

He bowled just 3 overs in the game as another over from him would&#8217;ve cost <strong>KXIP</strong> a few runs extra. He currently doesn&#8217;t seem like having the captain&#8217;s trust, which is disappointing. But in the game against <strong>Mumbai Indians</strong>, he was a little too predictable with his bowling and got absolutely hammered to all parts by the youngster Ishan Kishan.
