IPL 2018: Anushka Sharma becomes victim of trolls after RCB's loss to CSK

After dating Indian skipper Virat Kohli for a long period of time, Anushka Sharma married him in Italy in a very private wedding ceremony. The couple travelled together to South Africa for team India’s tour and also is visiting the stadium on occasions when the Royal Challengers Bangalore are playing at their home ground, the Chinnaswamy Stadium.

The Bangalore franchise encountered a humiliating defeat against the Chennai Super Kings as they failed to defend a mammoth 205 run-total. They also succumbed to the likes of Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians by virtue of conceding way too many runs with the ball. They have some problems to address immediately and the fans too have their own theories for RCB’s poor form.

As one would expect, there are some nonsensical fans who would as usual blame Anushka Sharma for RCB’s poor run. This is not the first time anything like this is happening and certainly not the last time. People have been targetting Anushka for a long time now and history is just repeating itself.

A few do speak sense amongst the fans

Amidst all this chaos, there are a few people who do speak sense. Virat Kohli amounted a humongous fan base in the last few years with his exceptional cricketing talent and that number will only increase in the time to come. Although it is disappointing to see him fail as a captain in franchise cricket, not many can disregard his ability.

Whilst people keep trolling Anushka and Kohli with some illogical arguments, there are some people who do respect their personal lives and defended them against the haters. Whilst a twitter user reckons every wife travels to the stadium and they end up winning or losing, some others felt this isn’t a point to even discuss.
