IPL 2018: Anushka Sharma to spend some quality time with Virat Kohli for her 30th birthday
Both of them have seriously busy schedules.
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli is the favourite celebrity couple of India for quite some time now. There have been a lot of squabble about their relationship in the past, and things got muddier once in a while. But the nation’s beloved couple had each other’s back throughout, and putting all those behind, they finally tied the knot in December 2017, giving the fans the fairytale wedding they all were rooting for.
On the 1st of May, the ‘Pari’ actress will be celebrating her 30th birthday, and also her first birthday after marriage. There are a lot of speculations among the fans on both sides about how the couple plans to celebrate the occasion. Both Anushka and Virat have very hectic lifestyles and their individual careers demand a whole lot of their personal time. There is a buzz that maybe the two newlywed will make this birthday an excuse to spend some quality time together.
The Indian skipper right now is busy with the Indian Premier League and trying his best to pull his team, the Royal Challengers Bangalore, up from the second last position on the table. On the other hand, Anushka Sharma has her dates packed for the shooting of a movie Zero, along with her Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars Shahrukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
But a source close to the couple has said to a leading newspaper, that the two lovebirds might be spending a week or so together in Bangalore for the occasion, and the news is, there might even be a private party with only family and close friends.
Hardly get time with each other
“Anushka and Virat hardly get time with each other, given their packed schedules. So they decided to make the most of her birthday. Anushka will fly down to Bangalore on April 24 to spend some quality time with Virat. After spending a week or so in Bangalore, she will fly to the US for a one-and-a-half month-long schedule of Zero,” the source said to the daily.
Although the first couple of Indian cricket has always been quiet about their personal lives, they have not really shied away from showing their love and respect for each other in public or on social media.
In the last match of RCB’s against Kings XI Punjab in M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Anushka was seen cheering for her husband from the stands. She missed the one against Mumbai Indians because of shooting but took to social media to show her support for Virat and the boys.
On her Instagram story, she wrote, “Go RCB Go, Come on boys!! Match viewing from vanity van cuz work.”
