IPL 2018: Chris Gayle shares a dance video featuring Ashwin, Yuvi

Veteran Windies cricketer Chris Gayle is known for his free spirited life. He loves to relax off the field and is renowned for his chilled out behavior. Gayle was last seen on the cricket field during the recent ICC World Cup Qualifiers 2018. The Windies team qualified for the ICC World Cup 2019 and Gayle is certainly a very happy man. Now, he is set for his next assignment on the field.

Chris Gayle will be seen sporting the jersey of a different franchise this season. He was bought by the Kings XI Punjab at the IPL 2018 auctions a couple of months ago. Last season, he was with the Royal Challengers Bangalore. For the RCB camp, Gayle has played some brilliant knocks in the tournament. However, the team decided to part ways with him and did not retain him prior to the auctions.

Furthermore, no teams big for him at the auctions this year. It was in the second round of auctions when the KXIP camp bagged the services of Chris Gayle for his base price of INR 2 crore. Later, the Director of Cricketing Operations of KXIP, Virender Sehwag had noted that they believe Gayle is a very smart buy for him. It will be interesting to see if Gayle makes it to the playing eleven in the tournament.

For now, the Big Jamaican is certainly enjoying his time in India. He is busy shooting the promotional videos for various KXIP campaigns. In a recent update, he shared a very funny video of the KXIP players dancing. The newly appointed KXIP skipper Ravichandran Ashwin and veteran southpaw Yuvraj Singh are seen dancing along with Chris Gayle in the video.

While Ashwin is looking very shy in the video, Gayle is having a good time laughing at the moves of Yuvraj Singh. Yuvraj, on the other hand, is having fun dancing to the peppy tunes. Earlier, even Yuzvendra Chahal had uploaded a similar dance video of the RCB team. Gayle captioned the video ‘3 Kings’.
