Yuvraj Singh is in the worst of forms this IPL. In the game KXIP played last week against the Sunrisers, Yuvi was axed from the playing XI. But in the only game played this week, he was roped back into the side. Furthermore, the skipper, Ravichandran Ashwin provided Yuvraj with the opportunity to bat at the number 3 position. But all of this proved to be of little worst. Yuvi provided the Mumbai Indians with a chance when he was batting on 2 but unfortunately, Ishan Kishan dropped that catch.

Yuvraj never looked comfortable in his brief stay out there in the middle. He struggled to get going and the strike rate was on the lower side before he hit a six. That six seemed to have broken the shackles for him as it looked as if the vintage Yuvi was batting. But, he got out in the same over leading to great disappointment. In this IPL, Yuvi has scored 64 runs off 70 balls thus far.
