Mumbai Indians now have lost four of the five matches they played in the season where the opposition chased down with not more than two balls to spare. Fifties from Surya Kumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan could only help MI to finish with 167/7 as Jofra Archer kept tight in the death overs on his IPL debut. Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya turned the game towards MI with crucial wickets before Krishnappa Gowtham scored an unbeaten 33 off 11 to hand Rajasthan Royals a thrilling win.

3 – Evin Lewis now has three ducks in 11 innings in the Twenty20 format in India. He registered a duck on his IPL debut and one on his T20I debut during the 2016 WT20 game. Lewis has only one duck in 76 innings outside India.
6 – Number of fifties for Sanju Samson against Mumbai Indians in the Twenty20 format. Four of those six fifties have come in the IPL. Samson doesn’t have more than two fifties against any other opponent in this format.
10 – Number of ducks for Rohit Sharma in the IPL. He became the 8th player to bag ten ducks in the IPL. Rohit got out on duck eight times in the IPL for Mumbai Indians. Only Harbhajan Singh (8) and Ambati Rayudu (9) bagged more ducks for MI than Rohit.
72 – Surya Kumar Yadav’s 72-run knock is the 2nd highest individual innings in an IPL game in Jaipur that came on the losing side. Rahul Dravid scored an unbeaten 75 for RCB against RR in 2008 which they lost by 65 runs.
100 – This game between RR and MI is the 100th in Hardik Pandya’s T20 career. He took two wickets in the game and also saw the winning runs scored off his bowling.
129 – The 129-run stand between Surya Kumar Yadav and Ishan Kishan is the 3rd highest partnership for any wicket in IPL games in Jaipur. MI’s Sachin Tendulkar and Dwayne Smith shared an unbeaten 163-run opening stand in 2012 while KKR’s Jacques Kallis and Gautam Gambhir added 152* for the 2nd wicket in 2011 against the home team.
150 – Kieron Pollard completed 150 sixes in the IPL with the six he hit in the game. He became the 9th player to hit 150 sixes in the IPL and the 4th overseas player after Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers and David Warner.
