Rajasthan Royals were very lucky to get into the playoffs this season. All the results they wanted went their way and they grabbed the fourth spot to get into the playoffs. Jos Buttler played an important role in getting them to the playoffs this season and his absence surely affected them at the end.

But what will hurt them the most was the form of Jaydev Unadkat this season. Unadkat was the leading wicket-taker last year and was highly impressive. Hence, he grabbed huge bids this year and was the most expensive Indian player at the auction. He has only managed to pick 11 wickets in 15 games and leaked runs at a fair clip. If in case RR still wants to use his services, they will surely put him back into the auction and buy him back at a cheaper price.
