But what will hurt them the most was the form of Jaydev Unadkat this season. Unadkat was the leading wicket-taker last year and was highly impressive. Hence, he grabbed huge bids this year and was the most expensive Indian player at the auction. He has only managed to pick 11 wickets in 15 games and leaked runs at a fair clip.
