Mumbai Indians (MI) got on the board finally in their fourth game against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in front of their home crowd. It was their skipper Rohit Sharma who came to the party when his team required the most and finally got back into some much-needed form as well. He played a match-winning knock of 94 off just 52 balls with 10 fours and 5 sixes and helped his team post an above-par total. However, he had practised the bowling of Arjun Tendulkar ahead of the game which helped him a lot during the match as well.

Rohit was going through a lean patch in the tournament and was unable to get going in any of the three matches. He had scores of 15, 11 and 8 in the previous badly and badly needed a strong outing under his belt to instil confidence in his team. As it turned out, the practice sessions ahead of the game helped his cause and the Hitman finally arrived at the scene by playing a game-changing innings.

Sachin also gave him tips

Rohit Sharma was seen facing the bowling of Arjun Tendulkar who is a regular face in the nets for the Mumbai Indians during the IPL. The son of Sachin Tendulkar is an all-rounder who can bowl left-arm pace which helped the skipper of the team to counter his issues against such bowlers at the highest level. Rohit has had his fair share of problems against the left-arm pace bowlers which is the only chink in his armoury. As of now, he has come out of the rut at least and would be hoping to continue in the same vein for his team.

Nothing can keep the Master Blaster away from the 22 yards as he was also seen giving some important tips to Rohit while practising in the nets. Undoubtedly, those suggestions must have helped him as well while batting in the game when Umesh Yadav was on fire after taking two wickets off the first two deliveries of the game. The Sports Journalist at Hindustan Times posted an image on Twitter which showed that Rohit was facing Arjun in the nets.
