IPL 2019 Auction: Live updates - players sold price and squad details

The much awaited and anticipated IPL 2019 auction gets underway in a few hours at 3:30 PM IST in Jaipur. Before the hammer goes up in the air, the teams had shared the list of players they are interested in with the BCCI. From a total of 1003 cricketers from India and abroad who had put their names in the auction pool the final list submitted was 346. The teams later asked 5 other names to be added to the pool and the number right before the show begins is 351.

A total of 228 Indian players and 123 overseas players from 12 different countries will feature in the auction. However, the total available slots with all the teams collectively is 70. The first and the most important list is that of the Marquee players, the ten names with a base price of 2 crores are – Corey Anderson, Sam Curran, Colin Ingram, Lasith Malinga, Shaun Marsh, Angelo Mathews, Brendon McCullum, D’Arcy Short, Chris Woakes and Eoin Morgan.
