The Delhi Capitals face the Sunrisers Hyderabad challenge after losing a game against the Kings XI which they had in their grasp. The Capitals nearly messed up the game against KKR from a winning situation but a Kagiso Rabada’s super over helped them bag two points. The Sunrisers on the other went down to a blitz of Andre Russell in the first game but won the next two games comfortably. Their new opening pair of David Warner and Jonny Bairstow shared century partnerships in all the three matches.

1 – Shikhar Dhawan will face the Sunrisers Hyderabad for the first time in the IPL whom he represented between 2013 and 2018. He played 85 out of the 93 matches played by SRH across their first six seasons in the IPL.
3-1 – Sunrisers Hyderabad’s win-loss record against the Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) at the Feroz Shah Kotla in the IPL. The SRH team has won five out of the seven matches they played against any opponent at this venue. Overall, the Sunrisers won eight out of the 12 matches they played against the Delhi franchise in the IPL thus far.
14 – Sandeep Sharma has claimed 14 wickets across 10 IPL matches against the Delhi team. He has a bowling average of 18.57 against them in the league.
45 – Rishabh Pant has scored 45 runs in the IPL against Rashid Khan. The Delhi keeper-batsman scored those 45 runs in only 30 deliveries and has been dismissed once.
44.66 – David Warner has a batting average of 44.66 in the IPL against his former team Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals). He scored 268 runs from 8 IPL innings against Delhi with the help of two fifties.
62.75 – Rishabh Pant’s batting average in the IPL against the Sunrisers Hyderabad. He scored 251 runs across six innings against SRH including an unbeaten 128 in Delhi during the last season.
