Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have yet again turned out to be a force to reckon with in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team, captained by the MS Dhoni, has won four matches out of five and are in the second position of the points table. Furthermore, the Super Kings have done exceptionally well when it comes to playing on their home turf at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
At the venue, they turned over Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) the other day and won their third match at home at the Chepauk this season. The next opposition the Yellow Army is scheduled to play is the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) tomorrow in Chennai itself. The Knights are expected to be a tough opposition as the Dinesh Karthik-captained team is in the top of the points table with a superior NRR.
However, KKR last beat CSK at the Chepauk way back in 2012 in the final. Nevertheless, current form promises the match to be an absolute thriller. Going into the game, the hosts have one player in Suresh Raina, who has an excellent record against the Men in Gold and Purple. The left-handed batsman has got quite a few starts and he would like to get a match-winning knock tomorrow.

746 runs in 20 innings at 43.88 average with 7 fifties.
Last 5 innings vs KKR – 31, 14, 84, 68*, 53*
