After a couple of thumping defeats, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will play a quick return fixture against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Only earlier this week, they had gone meekly against the table-toppers and a loss against the Delhi Capitals (DC) at home hasn’t helped either. On the other hand, CSK have distanced themselves significantly from other teams and four points clear of the second-placed side.
They defeated the Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the previous game which was another thriller with a controversial tinge to it. Despite the injury issues, MS Dhoni has managed his troops well and will be hoping to continue the winning run. He hinted at the changes to be made for this game as the Eden Gardens is a small grounds and it will be interesting to see who makes the cut for this clash.
As for the KKR, they changed three overseas players to everyone’s surprise in the last game and the move backfired significantly. Though Shubman Gill starred while opening the innings for his team and he might continue at that position for some time now. Joe Denly will also get another chance it seems which means the likes of Chris Lynn and Sunil Narine might have to sit out.
Meanwhile, Andre Russell looks doubtful for this game as he struggled first with his wrist and then with his hamstring during the Delhi clash.

Expert Advice:
KKR bowlers are not picking many wickets and it will be better to have more CSK bowlers.
Kuldeep Yadav tends to pick 2-3 wickets suddenly some day and he could be a decent pick in Grand League.
Dinesh Karthik could be made vice-captain as he has been picked in very less fantasy teams. He is one of the consistent batsmen in the team.
Probable Winners:
CSK look the favourites to clinch the game but KKR are no pushovers at home.
