2. Manan Vohra
After spending five seasons with Kings XI Punjab (2013-2017), Manan Vohra moved to Royal Challengers Bangalore for INR 1.1 crore in 2018 before being bought by the Rajasthan Royals at 2019 IPL auction.
Signed at his base price of INR 20 lakhs, the 26-year-old did not get an opportunity to don the Pink jersey as he was benched for the entire season. A stylish right-handed batsman, Vohra has 1012 IPL runs to his name at a strike-rate of 131.77.
He has got the temperament needed to bat at the top-of-the-order and can provide a perfect platform for the middle order to take over. His stats at the 2014 IPL, where he amassed 324 runs in just eight matches at a strike-rate of 139.05 are a perfect example of that. At just INR 20 lakhs, it is a bargain buy for the Royals who must retain and provide more opportunity for Manan Vohra to express himself with the bat.
