IPL 2020: 3 players you can exclude from your Dream11 team for MI vs SRH game
Sunrisers, who have heavily relied on their top order, would be glad to see the form of their youngsters Priyam Garg and Abhishek Sharma.
Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians, two teams which have had very successful campaigns over the last few years, got off to jittery starts in this year’s IPL, but have managed to regain momentum.
Mumbai Indians seem to have got all their departments in good form, especially their pacers. Hardik Pandya’s performance in the last game will further boost their confidence. They, however, will still be concerned about the form of certain important players.
Sunrisers, who have heavily relied on their top order, would be glad to see the form of their youngsters Priyam Garg and Abhishek Sharma. A stable middle order will give the top order a lot more freedom to attack.
They will be concerned about the injury to Bhuvneshwar Kumar as other pacers have a tendency to go for runs, and it could be worse for them against a very experienced Mumbai line up. To help you pick the most appropriate team, here are 3 players you can exclude.
Here are 3 players who could be excluded from your Dream11 Fantasy team for MI vs SRH game:
1. Krunal Pandya (8.5 credits)
Krunal Pandya was having a terrible IPL 2020 till the last game, where he put in a decent performance against KXIP. He ended up picking one wicket giving away 27 runs. However, prior to that game he had just 1 wicket in 3 games and was hardly looking threatening.
With someone like David Warner in the opposition and short boundaries, Rohit Sharma is unlikely to trust Krunal Pandya much in this game. Add to that, he might not end up getting batting at all, it is better not to pick Krunal.
2. Khaleel Ahmed (8 credits)
If Bhuvneshwar Kumar misses out, Khaleel Ahmed might be expected to lead the bowling attack. However, he hasn’t had the best of starts to the season. He has picked 2 wickets in 3 games but has been very expensive, going at 9.69 runs per over.
He might be a tempting option for your team, considering his low credit requirement. But Khaleel has a history of being expensive, and with his pace and one-dimensional bowling, he could be fodder for Mumbai’s power hitters in Sharjah.
3. Quinton de Kock (9.5 credits)
Quinton de Kock has been one of the biggest disappointments for MI. While much was expected of him, he has managed only 48 runs in 4 innings. While Sharjah may be a ground conducive for batsmen, De Kock looks highly short on confidence. With a number of other high class, in form batsmen in this game, it would be advisable to not risk taking the Protea.
