IPL 2020: 3 players you can exclude from your Dream11 team for Qualifier 1 MI vs DC game
There are so many better options to choose from instead of these three players.
Mumbai Indians will be taking on the Delhi Capitals in the first Qualifier of the Indian Premier League (IPL) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Both are quality and balanced sides, but one will go through to the finals and the other will have to play again against the winner of RCB and SRH to have another go at making it to the final.
DC has a lot of tweaking to do before they run into the mighty MI. Their batting and bowling seem to be perfect on the paper but they will have to replicate their performance on the field. MI is familiar with such scenarios as they have won the most no. of IPL titles over the years. Their management will just be expecting for their big guns to fire and wait for the right result.
Here are the 3 players whom you can exclude from your Dream11 fantasy team for MI vs DC:
1. Rishabh Pant (8.5 credits)
Rishabh Pant hasn’t had a season to remember this time. He has just managed to score 282 runs from 11 matches at a dismal average of 31.33 striking at 112.35. With Quinton de Kock and Ishan Kishan as an option on offer, you can definitely exclude Rishabh Pant from your Dream11 team.
2. Prithvi Shaw (8 credits)
Prithvi Shaw has just been a mere guest at the crease. It seems like he scores in the powerplay only and gifts his wicket after that. This season he has managed 228 runs from 12 matches at an average of 19 but striking at 138. With better options available from both the teams combined, you can opt to miss Prithvi Shaw from your Dream11 team.
3. James Pattinson (8.5 credits)
James Pattinson was named the replacement of Lasith Malinga. He has managed to pick 11 wickets from 10 matches and it’s his economy of 9.01 that would be a factor along with the scarcity of wickets that would make you exclude him from your Dream11 team.
