IPL 2020: 3 players you can opt as multipliers for your Dream11 team for the RCB vs KKR game
These players are known for throwing caution to the wind.
Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders, two teams which have had a fascinating rivalry, will be up against each other in an important game in the 2020 Indian Premier League (IPL).
RCB have had a very good tournament till now. They have seemed to be a complete team and in the last game, had an almost perfect game. Virat Kohli‘s return to form will lift the team up even more. Chris Morris’ performance against CSK will also make them more confident as a bowling unit. The team has won four out of six games and will look to keep the good work going.
KKR are perhaps the luckiest team in the IPL. They have won two games in a row which they could easily have lost. In these games against CSK and KXIP, they were out of the game for most part of the second innings, but pulled it back miraculously in the last three overs.
Luck aside, it’s a testament to their never-give-up spirit. Although they have been slightly inconsistent, they have played good cricket. With a number of hitters in their team, they will be looking to maximise this opportunity at Sharjah.
Here are three players you can use as multiplier for the RCB vs KKR game:
1. Virat Kohli (10.5 credits)
King Kohli was back at his best against Chennai Super Kings. He scored an outstanding 90*, displaying a stunning array of strokes, along with some excellent running between the wickets.
He wasn’t having as good an IPL as was expected from a maverick like him, but in the last few games, he has returned to form. He enjoys playing against KKR and hammered even scored a ton against them last season. At a venue like Sharjah, expect him to be at his aggressive best.
2.Andre Russell (10 credits)
The West Indian beast, Andre Russell, has had a mediocre season with the bat. While he hasn’t played too many balls, he has wasted away a few starts. But, he will be up against his favourite opposition, RCB.
In nine innings, he has scored 323 runs at an insane strike rate of 227. At Sharjah, he would want to make an impact. He is likely to get promoted in the batting line-up and will definitely look to score a massive one in this game. Don’t risk not using Russell as a multiplier.
3.Aaron Finch (9 credits)
Yes, Aaron Finch hasn’t had a great season. We have excluded him in most of the recent matches. But it is a hunch, in this game Finch will fire. He has missed out till now, but you can’t keep a class player like Finch out for too long.
He will enjoy pace on the bat and on a ground with a flat deck and short boundaries, he will look to make a big score. He will be up against a bowling line-up which conceded in excess of 200 in the first match they played here, and Finch will back himself to take them on.
He’s a risky option, but if the Challengers bat first, without any pressure, we could witness the fury of Finch, who can be destructive on his day.
