The left-handed batsman from Bihar, Virat Singh is billed by many as the ‘Left-handed Virat’ of India. This nickname itself signifies his dominance in the domestic arena. The 22-year-old batsman is one of the few batsmen who can even bowl a few overs of leg-break googly in the middle.

Talking about his numbers in T20 cricket first, Singh has featured in 56 games, aggregating over 1,500 runs at an impressive average of 35.27. He had showcased his talent during his 76 runs knock against Karnataka in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.

Virat has recorded 10 half-tons in the shortest form of the game. Teams like Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals may enter into a bidding war for him because he can be a valuable addition to the team’s middle order.
