5. Prasidh Krishna (Kolkata Knight Riders)
Young Karnataka pacer Prasidh Krishna made his IPL debut in 2018 for Kolkata Knight Riders. He had a good first season with them, picking up 10 wickets in 7 games. However, he could not back it up next year, taking just 4 wickets in 11 games.
Krishna has not played a single match for Kolkata this year. With both Kamlesh Nagarkoti and Shivam Mavi doing amazingly well with the ball, Krishna isn’t likely to get a game for them anytime soon. The former also add value with the bat, something which Prasidh does not have to offer.
He would be suitable for teams looking for a reserve Indian pacer. Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals could look to draft him in their squad, considering the lack of performance of Indian pacers in both the teams, with the exception of Shami and Natarajan respectively.
