7. Darshan Nalkande (Kings XI Punjab)
Vidarbha pacer Darshan Nalkande was bought by Kings XI Punjab in the auctions for the 2019 edition of the Indian Premier League. He also made his First-class and List A debut for Vidarbha in the 2018-19 season. He was purchased for INR 30 lakhs in the auction.
Nalkande did not get a chance to start for the Kings XI Punjab as of now. He has 19 wickets in 9 domestic T20s to his name at an economy rate of 7.76. He has also taken a five-wicket haul against Uttar Pradesh in the Syed Mushtaq Ali trophy.
Teams that are on the look-out for a reserve pacer in their wings could go for him. He can also bat a bit- he has a top score of 53* in List A cricket. Royal Challengers Bangalore could consider him as a reserve pacer in case Saini or Siraj are unfit or out of form.
