4. Sam Billings

The Delhi Capitals have been one of the most consistent teams in this season. Apart from CSK and RCB, the Capitals are the only team that looks settled. This is mainly due to the efficiency of the management and the players. But, this also means that few players will not get regular opportunities. 

And Sam Billings might be one of them. In his career, he has been unable to make it to the national side regularly. Although he has been a part of the English squad, it is too difficult to get into the World Cup-winning team. He is England’s backup wicketkeeper.

He could be a great addition to the current RR squad. In 30 T20Is, Billings has been unable to score consistently. In IPL, he has played 22 games and has been playing with a strike rate of 133.6. Apart from that, he is a great fielder. Being a great team man, he is an asset for any squad.
