Marco Jansen made his Indian Premier League (IPL) debut for the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 2021 edition of the cash-rich league. The South African pacer was pouched by the Mumbai side in the IPL auctions for a sum of INR 20 lakhs.
And, Marco Jansen also has a twin brother, Duan Jansen. And, a picture of the two has surfaced on social media, and it is none other than Arjun Tendulkar who has shared it. Taking to Instagram, Arjun Tendulkar posted a picture with the two Jansens.
In the picture, Arjun Tendulkar can be seen standing in the middle, with the two Jansens standing by his side. The three of them are seen wearing identical striped white T-shirts.

Marco Jansen has played a couple of matches for the Mumbai Indians (MI)
In the 14th edition of the IPL, Marco Jansen has played a couple of matches for the Mumbai side. And, in these couple of matches, Jansen has scalped 2 wickets and has given away runs at an economy rate of 7.50 runs per over. The 20-year-old averages 22.50 with the ball and his strike rate with the white cherry in hand is 18.00.
The Mumbai Indians have not experienced an ideal start to their 2021 IPL campaign. The Rohit Sharma led side has lost 3 out of the 5 matches that they have played in the 14th edition of the IPL, and are currently placed at the 4th place in the points table.
In their previous encounter on 23rd April 2021 against the Punjab Kings (PBKS) side, the ‘Men in Blue’ were walloped by 9 wickets. Also, they have lost 2 consecutive matches in a row in the 2021 IPL edition. The Rohit Sharma-led side will play their next IPL match on 29th April 2021 against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) side.
While Jansen has played a couple of matches, Arjun Tendulkar has not managed to get a look in yet for the Mumbai side. Arjun, the son of Indian cricketing great Sachin Tendulkar was bought in the 2021 IPL auctions that were held in Chennai for his base price of INR 20 Lakhs.
