Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are in commendable form in the ongoing 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) as they are proudly placed at the top of the points table after winning three of their four league matches. The Super Kings kick-started their campaign in the T20 Extravaganza with a loss against Delhi Capitals but they redeemed themselves by winning their next three games against PBKS, RR and KKR respectively.
On Wednesday, CSK were up against KKR at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The three-time champions completely dominated the thriller as they were successful in outplaying the Knight Riders and registered a victory by 18 runs. After the win, the mood in the dressing room was all smiles as the CSK players were seen relishing their third consecutive victory.
While the CSK contingent was chilling out, their ace spin all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja was at his goofy best as he entertained his teammates with his hilarious antics. The all-rounder gave a glimpse of his acting skills as he imitated the batting stance of former South Africa skipper Graeme Smith.
Jadeja tapped his bat hard between his feet and stood in the same posture with an awkward crouch like Smith. The all-rounder’s act left the other CSK players in splits. The video of this hilarious incident was uploaded by Ravindra Jadeja himself in his Instagram story.

CSK script a comfortable victory against KKR
Playing against Kolkata Knight Riders, CSK were at their fluent best as they produced a stunning show in all three facets of the game. Put to bat first, the CSK batters made the most out of the flat surface of the Wankhede Stadium as they posted a mammoth total of 220 runs on the scoreboard.
Faf du Plessis was the wrecker-in-chief for the Yellow Army with his sublime knock of 95* off just 60 deliveries. He was aptly supported by Ruturaj Gaikwad who added 64 runs to the scoreboard.
Chasing 221, KKR got off to a torrid start as Deepak Chahar shined with the new ball and scalped as many as four wickets. His exploits resulted in the opposition reeling at 31 for 5. However, a stunning show by Andre Russell, Pat Cummins, and Dinesh Karthik resulted in KKR putting up a decent fight. In the end, the Super Kings managed to have the last laugh as they won by 18 runs.
