3. Kolkata Knight Riders
Kolkata Knight Riders’ (KKR) biggest loss comes in the form of Pat Cummins, who has confirmed that he won’t be going to the UAE. In the first leg, he was KKR’s standout bowler by a country mile. Not to forget the knock with the bat he played against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Andre Russell’s potential unavailability might end up hurting the Men in Gold and Purple. Eoin Morgan, their skipper, might not be available as well. Hence, if Morgan doesn’t play, it remains to be seen whether the Knights go back to Dinesh Karthik or appoint a new captain.
Shakib Al Hasan is highly unlikely to get a NOC as well. Ben Cutting is another player, who may not feature in the second leg.
