5. Rashid Khan
Arguably the unrivaled spinner in this T20 era of cricket is Rashid Khan. His first IPL appearance was in 2017 after Sunrisers Hyderabad successfully bid him for INR four crores. He bewildered world-class batters with his fast-arm googlies in his first season of IPL itself.
Rashid, then eventually played the T20 leagues all over the world and became the best of the lot. He has been representing SRH right from his debut. The leggie has played 76 IPL matches and has grabbed 93 wickets with an awe-inspiring economy of 6.63.
This 23-year youngster is a rare commodity. It is never an easy task to scuffle the best batters in the world, but Rashid has been doing this effortlessly in a consistent manner. Even being well-known that the teams are longing for a bowler like him, SRH management has failed to convince this young legend and has been left out of the retention list.
