Chahal gave the RR fans so many memories to cherish this season and emerged as one of the most important players for the franchise, performing like a champion.

The wrist-spinner won the Purple Cap in IPL 2022 picking 27 wickets in 17 games at an average of 19.51. He claimed a five-wicket haul which included a hat-trick as well.
