Indian seamer, Dhawal Kulkarni has been one of the consistent performers for Mumbai in the domestic circuit, and rarely, has he underperformed. The right arm seamer has immense experience in IPL as well having played the tournament from the inaugural edition for the Mumbai Indians.

The 33-year-old was part of the Mumbai franchise until the 2013 edition and played for the Rajasthan Royals in the next two years. The medium-pacer came back to his old franchise Mumbai Indians in 2020 and was benched for the most part of the games in the last two years. However, he is one of those bowlers who can swing it both ways with the new ball and can create a lot of damage as well.

Kulkarni has played 92 IPL games so far picking up 86 wickets at an average of 28.8 and at an economy rate of 8.30. He has the ability to hit the yorkers at the death overs and is a wonderful team player as well. Surprisingly, Kulkarni has managed to play at least one game in each IPL edition since the start in 2008 and not many Indian bowlers have been able to do so. The franchises will definitely be tempted to bring the experience of Kulkarni into their side as replacements.
