9) Gujarat Titans – Alzarri Joseph

The Gujarat Titans side has plenty of match-winners in their ranks. Hardik Pandya has stood out as one of the best captains of the tournament so far, as the Titans are placed at the top of the points tally. The Indian all-rounder has backed several players, and Alzarri Joseph remains one of them. The West Indian pacer played his first game only a couple of weeks back but has managed to establish himself as a regular now.

Although Joseph has not been very economical with the ball, yet he has managed to pick up a wicket in almost every single game he has played until now. The former Mumbai Indians pacer has picked up wickets at crucial junctures of the game, which has played a factor in deciding the outcome of the match.

Gujarat Titans have a strong bowling attack, hence, Hardik Pandya is expected to continue backing the West Indian pacer. Moreover, the captain has stayed clear of bowling in the last few games because of a prior groin injury. Hence, the inclusion of Alzarri Joseph instead of a batter makes more sense now.
