In a hilarious development ahead of the 2022 Indian Premier League (IPL), star Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal has managed to hack the Twitter account of the franchise Rajasthan Royals (RR). The franchise bagged Chahal at a cost of INR 6.5 crore at the IPL 2022 mega auction. After that, there has been a funny banter between the social media admin and Chahal on the micro-blogging site.
Earlier today, Yuzvendra Chahal sent a tweet to the RR admin, telling them that he will hack the Twitter account of the Jaipur-based franchise. Chahal managed to get the password from the CEO of the franchise Jake Lush McCrum and then took over the Twitter account.

A few minutes after announcing himself as the new skipper of the Rajasthan Royals team, the 31-year-old posted another tweet. The leg-spinner demanded the fans to retweet the new post 10,000 times. If they do so, then he will open the innings for the franchise with ‘uncle’ Jos Buttler.
“10000 Retweets and He will open with @josbuttler uncle,” Chahal tweeted with a photo of himself batting.

Chahal was picked up for a price of INR 6.5 Crores in the IPL 2022 mega auction and is a match-winner on his own with the ball. Chahal has been a great servant for the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for a long time. However, it was very surprising for cricket fans and experts to see the red army not even bidding for him in the auction.
The 31-year-old has been relatively economical as well and gives the ball a lot of air. Talking about his IPL numbers, the leg-spinner has played 114 matches in which he managed to scalp a total of 139 wickets. Chahal bowls with an economy of 7.59 and will be a key player for his franchise in the upcoming season.
