The Hyderabad-based pacer has been on the rise for the past few years. After being in and out of his IPL teams and then trying to deliver in red-ball cricket, 2021 was the year when it all came together for the pacer. The speedster performed extremely well in the 2020-21 Australian tour and has not looked back since.

But on either side of that rise, we can put his last two seasons in the IPL for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. In 2020, he was seen picking up 11 wickets in nine matches with an average of 21.45. His economy was 8.68. That economy reduced to 6.78 in the 2021 edition. He did get only 11 wickets in 15 games, but his accuracy has indeed increased.

There is no doubt that he is a better bowler now and is only 27 years old, which makes him a great future prospect for the Royal Challengers Bangalore. He can slowly and slowly establish himself as a multi-format bowler in the next few years, at both domestic and international levels. Hence, investing in him and backing him now would be a good decision for the future.
