The famed Bangla left-arm orthodox bowler Abdur Razzak debuted for Bangladesh ODI side in 2004 and got featured in 153 ODIs before ICC banned him from playing international cricket due to illegal bowling action in 2013. Razzak played an only IPL match for RCB in 2008 against Rajasthan Royals (RR) where he gave away horrific 29 runs in just two overs.

A recent while back, Abdur Razzak lambasted at media for speculation about his retirement. Abdur said to media why they want him to retire from international cricket when he is still as much potent with the ball that he used to be a few years back. But with Shakib at the helm of spin department, it would be a miracle if the 34-year slow left arm orthodox bowler made a comeback in the side. Mehedi Hasan, another Bangla off-spinner is bowling tremendously well now.
