Is Sachin Tendulkar actually making a comeback in the Pepsi IPL 2015?
Year’s after this man Sachin Tendulkar retired from all forms of cricket, the fans (all of us) are waiting to watch him bat again, even if it is an exhibition game or at least one in the Indian Premier League. Even though the Master batsman has retired we know he is good enough to make it to any playing XI.
This is kind of a dream for majority of us; we want to watch our God play cricket again. So when Sachin posted a picture of him wearing the Mumbai Indians (MI) jersey and gearing up the Blue helmet, our imaginations got wings and we are waiting for the moment when he actually decides to walk out and take field.
The caption along with the picture further grows expectations as the Master Blaster wrote, ‘Guess whaaattt.. ?!’ If what we are guessing is correct indeed, then believe me prayers do come true, will he come out of retirement? Only God knows. Sachin Tendulkar has played 78 matches in the IPL and has scored 2334 runs, with the strike rate of 120 and an average of 35. He also has 13 half-centuries and one hundred, exactly 100* which is also his highest score in IPL and T20 cricket.
Sachin, last played an official match in November, 2013 his last and the 200th test match in Mumbai and with it retired from all forms of cricket. The future has a lot to look out for!
