Dean Jones has been very much active on social media. Every now and then, he makes sure that he interacts with his fans and with the whole world suffering from Coronavirus, he has been stuck at home. During the quarantine times, many cricketers have resorted to either going live on Instagram or conducting a Q&A session on Twitter.

While Deano has done it a few times before as well, on Sunday he had to answer a hilarious but absurd question despite it not being related to his Q&A session. Dean Jones has married to Jane and has two daughters. One of his daughters, Augusta, is celebrating her birthday and the father Jones wished her on his official Twitter handle.

“Happy birthday to my beautiful daughter Augusta,” Dean Jones wrote in his tweet while wishing his daughter on her special day. Generally, the fans and followers extend their wishes in response but one of the fans went one step ahead and hilariously asked Deano if his daughter is single.

The 59-year-old who is known for his witty and hilarious responses at times, straightaway confirmed this time that his daughter isn’t single and must have found the question extremely funny.

Dean Jones was recently in Pakistan for PSL

Before almost the entire world went into the lockdown, Dean Jones was in Pakistan as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) was in progress. He was the head coach Karachi Kings in the tournament. This was his first season with the team led by Imad Wasim and Jones did wonders straightaway.

The team ended up second in the points table in the league stage winning five out of 10 matches. They were set to face the Lahore Qalandars in the semi-final on March 17 before the the tournament was called off with immediate effect on the same day only a few before the first semi-final.

There were fears of Alex Hales developing the symptoms of the Coronavirus who had left the country only a few days before. With the PSL knockouts being postponed, the Karachi Kings team, like the other three sides, lost a chance to win the tournament.
