'Iska matlab tu sirf 24th April ko hi chup baithega?'- Sachin Tendulkar on hilarious birthday tweet by Virender Sehwag
Sehwag had posted a funny video wishing Tendulkar on his birthday.
Cricket veteran Sachin Tendulkar, who celebrated his 49th birthday last week, has reacted to Virender Sehwag’s hilarious gift- the gift of Silence. Sehwag, who used to open the game for India alongside Tendulkar, had shared a video on the legend’s birthday, where he ate bananas and gave him his silence as his gift, recalling memories of their times together.
Sehwag had revealed that Tendulkar used to feed him Bananas in order to keep him quiet. With that trick, Tendulkar kept Sehwag from speaking for a long time while in the dressing room during the match. Sehwag, in the video, had said that he won’t speak on his birthday, and keep eating bananas.
Replying to his tweet, Tendulkar thanked him for the wish, and also thanked him for keeping the fans entertained on and off the field, back then and even now. “Ha ha ha iska matlab tu sirf 24th April ko hi chup baithega?! (This means you will keep quiet only on 24th April?) Thank you for your wishes, Viru! You’ve entertained us on the field and you continue to do it off the field as well with your unique wit,” Tendulkar replied.

Tendulkar, who is considered one of the greatest cricketers of all time, had a splendid international career. He retired as the all-time leading run-scorer in international cricket, with 34, 357 runs across all formats. He amassed a total of 100 centuries, 51 in Tests and 49 in One-Day Internationals.
Sachin is currently associated with the Mumbai Indians squad at the IPL 2022 as their mentor. Mumbai has not been able to put up a good show this season, and as a result, has been eliminated from the playoffs race. The five-time champions became the first team to be knocked out after their eighth straight loss in the league as they continued their victory drought.
