Jatin Sapru trolls Mayanti Langer for fasting on ‘Karvachauth’

The sports anchor and the cricket presenter Jatin Sapru trolled his co-host Mayanti Langer for fasting on ‘Karvachauth’ festival for her husband. Sapru is currently covering the ongoing T20I series between India and Australia for the official broadcaster Star Sports. He always has his co-hosts, Arjun Pandit and Mayanti, with them who appear on the pre-shows and post shows on the Star Sports and Hotstar, their digital medium to reach up to the maximum number of fans.

However, the trio try their level best to make the show exciting and involve the spectators in it. But very few know the way they unwind behind the scenes. They are often seen trolling and making fun of each other. Recently, the former cricketer Aakash Chopra had posted a video of Mayanti doing the make-up of her co-host Arjun.

The first T20I in Ranchi is done and dusted and now the action shifts to Guwahati where the Barsapara International Stadium will host its first ever match. Hence, the trio is on their way to Guwahati and is having fun. Jatin once again found a way to troll Mayanti as she is fasting today while the other two had coffee. He posted a picture of them sitting at the airport and Arjun and Jatin have coffee on the table while Mayanti doesn’t. His tweet read, “Two coffees and a Karvachauth .. Karvachauth is a festival in India when married women fast from morning to evening for their husband. Mayanti who Indian all-rounder Stuart Binny’s wife is also fasting but her mates once again found a funny way to present it. Binny is a part of the Karnataka squad for Ranji Trophy and will play the first game against Assam on October 14. He also had a decent Karnataka Premier League where his wife interviewed him on their marriage anniversary for playing a match-winning knock for his team. The video of the interview went viral and a lot of people on social media congratulated the duo.
