New Zealand allrounder Jimmy Neesham just continues to be a star on Twitter. The left-handed batsman is one of the most popular cricketers on Twitter right now and the reason are obvious. Neesham just loves to post tweets that are bound to leave others in stitches. Time and again, he leaves his fans grinning with his hilarious tweets. Neesham was at it again on Wednesday (August 14).

As his teammates were getting ready to kickstart their World Test Championship campaign in Sri Lanka, Neesham took to Twitter to wish them luck. New Zealand started their tour of Sri Lanka with the first Test at Galle on Wednesday. New Zealand are in the island nation to play a two-match Test series followed by three-match T20I series. Neesham, who has not played a Test since 2017, is likely to be in the T20I squad.

Talking about his tweet, wishing his teammates was not the only message he posted. Neesham soon realised that one of his teammates is using his Netflix account. Sitting far away from Sri Lanka, Neesham hilariously pleaded to his teammate not to use his account.

“Best of luck to the @BLACKCAPS lads today for the start of the #testchampionship ????,” Jimmy Neesham wrote.

In his following tweet, he wrote, “Also whichever one of you is using my Netflix login on the team iPad get off ffs????.”

Unsurprisingly, the fans were left in stitches after seeing the tweet and their reaction said it all. Neesham, on the other hand, soon found out that it was none other than William Somerville. The New Zealand spinner admitted that it was him who was using Neesham’s account. Somerville also said that he has now logged in with his own details.

@BLACKCAPS haha that me – you got the raptors background? I’ve logged in with my own deets now,” wrote Somerville.

Neesham then put an end to the conversation with the following tweet:

Honours shared on day one

Talking about the game, New Zealand and Sri Lanka shared the honours on day one of the Test. New Zealand recovered from 71 for 3 to finish the day on 203 for 5. Ross Taylor starred with the bat and is unbeaten on 86. For Sri Lanka, Akila Dananjaya picked up all the five wickets.
