Jonty reveals Yuvraj’s 6 hitting secret
The South African’s love for India was such that he decided to move bases to the country and has been living in Mumbai with his family. He recently visited the pink city ‘Jaipur’ and posted a picture through his Twitter handle stating ‘Famous Lassi Waala of Jaipur #perfection since 1944 #jaipur #eatlocal”.
His picture made news not only since he was in Jaipur, but he also remarked ‘Lassi’ as the secret of six sixes by swashbuckling cricketer Yuvraj Singh in ICC T20 World Cup 2007.

The veteran all-rounder, Yuvraj had hit those sixes a decade ago, but even then it feels as if it happened yesterday. Yuvi smashed six sixes in that over making him the first Indian to do so in International cricket. In the process he also became the fastest player to score a half century in the shortest format of cricket.
He achieved the milestone in just 12 balls and holds the record along with the power hitter Chris Gayle who has also scored a 50 in the same number of balls.
Jonty revealed the secret saying, “And apparently the secret behind @YUVSTRONG12’s 6 hitting power”. Not every day you can keep the-36-year-old quiet, as he came up with a perfect reply saying, “And also the secret of your legendary catches”.

Yuvraj’s future
The left-hander managed to clear the yo-yo test and is waiting for one opportunity to make a comeback. Yuvraj has been a key figure in Indian setup over the last two decades and still dares to go out there and express himself. He will be eyeing that number four spot once again, probably which suits him the most.
India’s tour of South Africa will be something on his head. We will have to wait and see if selectors put their faith and play him ahead of Manish Pandey and Dinesh Karthik who have been struggling to make it count.
