The Royal Challengers Bangalore are having a tough time in the IPL with their same old problem. The batsmen have been performing exceptionally well, while the bowlers have largely struggled to contain the opposition. After their defeat at the hands of Sunrisers Hyderabad, RCB bowler Kane Richardson trolled himself on Twitter.
Richardson started off his campaign this season with an impressive 3/13 but has failed to continue on the same lines. Against the Gujarat Lions, he leaked 53 runs in his spell of four overs. In the last match against SRH, he gave away 45 runs. Being on the expensive side, an image went viral with the RCB bowlers being compared to the bowling machines. A picture with a bowling machine donning the RCB jersey was alive on the social media after the game.
Kane Richardson, too, despite being on the receiving end, saw the hilarious side of it and decided to troll himself instead. He posted the image on Twitter and put the caption “Tough loss tonight. Thanks to Getty Images for the wonderful action shot of me.”

His teammate AB de Villiers saw the funny side of it too and retweeted citing that the picture was indeed hilarious.

With just 2 wins in 6 matches, the RCB think-tank now have their task cut out. They need to figure out the right combinations and get the plans executed on the field with the ball. Whether Kane Richardson retains his place in the side or not, will be interesting to see. RCB have roped in England player Chris Jordan as a replacement for injured Mitchell Starc.
