KPL 2015 Match 22: Bijapur Bulls v Mysuru Warriors, Preview
The Warriors have had a miserable run in the tournament so far and to compound matters for them they are forced to have a new skipper as Manish Pandey is away with the India ‘A’ team.
Just above the bottom rung in the points table, the Warriors face the ignominy of not qualifying for the qualifiers while their opponents have already made the grade and will look to dominate proceedings even if only for psychological advantage.
Having won just one game off four, the morale of the team will be further tested against the Bulls. However, they will look to redeem themselves and hope to prove their title victory was no flash in the pan.
The Bulls are on a roll and there seems nothing that can stop them at the moment. Wonder if the change in captaincy for the Warriors will bring them luck as it did with the Bellary Tuskers?
At the time of going to the press, the Warriors were undecided on who their skipper would be for the contest.
