Krunal Pandya ties the knot as Sachin Tendulkar attends the wedding in Mumbai
Krunal Pandya’s marriage was blessed by the presence of the Indian cricket god.
Indian cricketers have decided to wed their partners’ one after the other. There are a bunch of Indian cricketers who have got married in recent months. The latest is Krunal Pandya, the brother of now very famous Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya. The Pandya brothers rose to fame during the Indian Premier League last season.
Krunal Pandya was an integral member of the Mumbai Indians squad and played a very crucial role in their triumph last season. The southpaw was also selected in the Indian squad after his heroics in the IPL. That said, the other Pandya has been heroic enough to get married to his girlfriend Pankhuri Sharma. Their leaked pre-wedding shoot went viral last week when they themed it on cricket.
Krunal is the latest of Indian cricketers to get married after Bhuvaneshwar Kumar started the chain in November. Since then, Zaheer Khan got married to his long-term girlfriend Sagarika Ghatge and Virat Kohli got married to his girlfriend and Bollywood diva Anushka Sharma on December 11.
Krunal got married today at JW Marriot in Mumbai. The wedding was attended by many cricketers and Hardik Pandya was seen shaking a leg at his brother’s wedding. However, the most noted celebrity was Sachin Tendulkar.
Tendulkar blesses Krunal with his presence
Krunal Pandya’s marriage was blessed by the presence of the Indian cricket god. Sachin Tendulkar was seen at his wedding and was escorted by the none other than Hardik Pandya. Sachin shares a very good bond with Hardik and Krunal as he was also the part of Mumbai Indians mentor team. A leaked Instagram video showed Hardik escorting Sachin to his seat.

Hardik Pandya is supposed to fly to South Africa later this week. The tour is going to start on January 5 when India take on the most feared side in world cricket at the moment. India is not going to play any warmup games and will directly fare against the likes of Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel.
