The cricket fans got a big shock and went through miserable emotion when they noticed that long time favourite face of the IPL Mayanti Langer hasn’t made it to the IPL 2020. 1. Birth and Early Life
Kira was born on 26 January 1994 in the land of Chennai. She is the daughter of an IT professional father and mother who is a teacher. She spent her early days of life in Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia.
2. Interests and Hobbies
As a child, she learned Carnatic music and Bharatnatyam to stay close to her roots. Kira also had a fondness for playing Tennis, music, and dance.
3. Education
Though she earned grade A while pursuing acting in school, she went to do a BSc in Psychology from University College London. She also completed her diploma in Film Acting from New York Film Academy.
4. Breakthrough
Narayanan is most popularly recognized in India for acing the role of Princess Jasmine in the musical stage version of the Disney movie, Aladdin made by Disney India.
5. Film
In 2018, she made her debut in the world of cinema by doing a role in the Tamil movie Koothan which was recognized as Sri Devi in Hindi films.
6. Theatre Achievements
In the year 2019, Kira filled in the shoes of Audrey Hepburn and Julie Andrews to play the role of protagonist Eliza Doolittle in the iconic play My Fair Lady.
7. Association with Star network
Kira made her debut as a sports anchor in English Television, presenting the show Pro Kabaddi League on Star Sports. Later she went on to host some cricketing events as well.

In the year 2019, she also featured in a web series named Minus one, playing the role of Devika/Lavanya. The series also had Indian web stars, Ayush Mehra and Aisha Ahmed.
