The scoring rate also came down due to this, and it seemed they would get to a below-par total, but a late flourish down the order pushed them to a total of 108 runs at the loss of five wickets. Even this total seemed too little for the in-form batters of Abu Dhabi, as they lost just one wicket and chased down the total within seven overs. Hence, Abu Dhabi won the match easily by nine wickets.

Fujairah had played against Emirates Blues in their last encounter, where Fujairah won the toss and elected to bowl. The pitch was a little slow to bat on, but the Blues started horribly. They lost their complete top order on their individual ducks. The team lost four wickets within two overs, with the team’s score reading only zero. Ashwant Valthapa played a good innings, and Adithya Shetty helped him, but other than these two, none of the batters could reach a score in double digits. They posted a meager target of 60 runs which Fujairah chased down like it was a child’s game. They required just half of the overs and won the match very easily by nine wickets.
