Preview
The host Australia cricket team is all set to turn their fortunes around as they will be locking horns against Pakistan in the first game of the three-match T20I series, slated to take place on November 14 at The Gabba, Brisbane. The two strong sides will aim to win the opening thriller to take a 1-0 lead.
After losing the ODI series to the Green Army, Aussie stand-in skipper Josh Inglis will aim that the 2021 T20 World Cup champions can learn from their mistakes and put in a disciplined performance in the series opening match. On the flip side, Mohammed Rizwan and his men hope to maintain their winning streak after thwarting the home team in the ODI series for almost 2 decades.
Notably, Mohammad Rizwan and Co. were magnificent across all the departments in the ODI leg, thwarting the hosts by 2-1. However, with the eye resurgence in the T20Is, a plethora of new faces are expected to play this game and showcase their mettle for the Pakistani side. In contrast, the Aussies set to seek redemption after their crushing defeat in the ODI leg. Despite missing several key players, the home team still has a solid lineup that can give the Men in Green a run for their money.
