Preview
Bangladesh will play Nepal in the final match of the Group D phase of the T20 World Cup. Bangladesh needs to win the match to ensure that they reach the Super-8 stage as the second-placed team in the group.
Bangladesh (BAN) has played decent cricket so far, winning two out of the three matches they have played. Najmul Shanto and his team began with a two-wicket win over Sri Lanka before losing to South Africa. This was followed by their 25-run win over the Netherlands, in which they did well with the bat and ball.
Nepal (NEP) nearly caused one of the biggest upsets of the tournament, coming close to beating South Africa. Their one-run loss saw them exit the tournament in the most heart-breaking fashion. That doesn’t take away the fact that they played amazing cricket and showed why they are touted as one of the best associate nations.
