Baroda vs Hyderabad (India), Group A - Live Cricket Score

Baroda will lock horns with Hyderabad in the 73rd match of Group A of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy at the Jaipuriya Vidyalaya Ground in Jaipur on October 23. Baroda and Hyderabad have both been doing well in the tournament so far with three and four wins respectively. They are placed fourth and second in the rankings accordingly.

Baroda had played off against Haryana in their last encounter where Haryana won the toss and elected to bat. Haryana started well and had gathered 42 runs for the opening stand in just five overs but as the overs progressed, they kept losing wickets and got slower. Due to late flourish by Rahul Tewatia they got to a decent total with 155 runs on the board. Baroda, in reply, started well and kept scoring at a rapid pace. They did lose a couple of wickets in the middle overs but didn’t slow down and hence won the match comfortably by five wickets.
Hyderabad had played off against Mizoram in their last encounter where Hyderabad won the toss and elected to field. Mizoram did not start well losing two wickets at just the score of 10. They had a decent partnership for the third wicket but after it was broken they failed to manage another good partnership. As a result, they were bowled out for just 114. Hyderabad, after a slow first wicket partnership, started scoring faster and finished the match with five overs to spare. They won the match by six wickets.
