Preview

England will be up against Bangladesh in the warm-up match of the ICC Cricket World Cup at the Baraspara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati on October 2. England have been sensational in sensational form, winning four matches on a trot, while Bangladesh have been decent with two wins from their last four matches.

England was scheduled to play against India at the Baraspara Cricket Stadium in Guwahati in their last warm-up match, where India won the toss and elected to bat. However, it started pouring after the toss, and the match had to be abandoned without a ball being bowled. The English team would be looking forward to this match so that they can get some game time and get acclimatized to the conditions before the World Cup starts.

Bangladesh squared off against Sri Lanka in their last match, where Sri Lanka won the toss and elected to bat. Sri Lanka started off really well, with both their openers looking in good touch and scoring at a rapid pace. Several batters got starts, out of which Nissanka and Dhananjaya could only notch up their fifties as they posted a total of 263. In reply, Bangladesh was even more sensational right from the start as every batter looked to make the most of the situation. They won the match easily by seven wickets.
