Hobart Hurricanes will take on Sydney Thunder in the 29th match of the Big Bash League. This match will be played at Bellerive Oval in Hobart. The previous match between these two sides was abandoned due to rain. Hobart Hurricanes won their previous match against Adelaide Strikers in Hobart on Sunday. Sydney Thunder have been hit by a few injuries but they will be welcoming the addition of Sam Konstas for this game who will slot back at the top of the order.

Hobart Hurricanes have four wins in a row and are placed third in the points table with four wins in five matches. On the other hand, Sydney Thunder have four wins in six matches and are second in the table. This should be a closely fought game between these two sides.
