Mangaung Oval in Bloemfontein will host India U19 and Ireland U19 in the 15th game of the ICC U19 World Cup 2024 on January 25, Thursday.

India U19, under the leadership of Uday Saharan, started their campaign on a winning note over Bangladesh U19 by 84 runs. Batting first, India posted 251/7 in 50 overs. Adarsh Singh scored 76 runs, while captain Uday smacked 64 runs. Saumy Pandey scalped four wickets as Bangladesh got bundled out for 167 runs.

On the other hand, Ireland U19 started their competition with a seven-wicket win over the United States. However, they lost their plot very quickly, suffering a defeat over Bangladesh by six wickets. They would be hoping to turn the tables in their last group stage game and stand a chance to make it to the Super Six stage.
