Preview

India will take on England in the third match of the T20I Series. This match will be played at Saurashtra Cricket Stadium in Rajkot. India are leading the series 2-0 with three matches left in the series. They have been clinical so far and will be looking to seal the series, while England will look to bounce back from the defeat in the last game. This promises to be a thrilling series with plenty of records set to be broken and we can expect a lot of closely fought matches.

Tilak Varma guided India home with a quality fifty under testing circumstances in the second T20I against England in Chennai. England were put into bat first and could only manage 166 on a good batting surface. It looked below par at the halfway stage but India struggled against England's pace attack and were reduced to 104/6 at one stage in pursuit of 166. However, Tilak kept his calm and scored an unbeaten 72 to help India get over the line.

Brydon Carse was the star for England with the ball picking up 3/29 in his four overs. He also provided impetus with the bat in the first innings. India needed 22 runs of four overs with three wickets in hand but in the final over of Adil Rashid, it was who Arshdeep got caught in the deep with India still needing 20 off 18 with only two wickets in hand. Ravi Bishnoi supported Tilak and scored a couple of boundaries to ease the pressure. In the final over Tilak took the team over the line. It was a thrilling match and both teams will be keen to put up another good show.
