Preview
Zimbabwe will be up against the stern challenge of Ireland in Match 4 of the T20 World Cup 2022 at Hobart. Zimbabwe have been inconsistent in the T20I format, but have the presence of talented players, who can help them do better in the tournament. In the warm-up game against Sri Lanka, they conceded 188 and failed to chase down the score. The likes of Sikandar Raza and Wesley Madhevere will be the key players.
Ireland, on the other hand, have underperformed of late and will look to take this tournament as a stepping stone to progress in the T20I format. In the warm-up game against Namibia, they lost by 11 runs. In the batting department, Paul Stirling and Andy Balbirnie will look to be at their best, while Josh Little and Mark Adair are the reliable key wicket-takers.
